These three steps may appear in the Seerah like any other anecdotes. However, it turned out that they served a higher purpose of making the Hijra (migration) a successful and blessed move.
History shows that slander was a lethal weapon utilised strategically by the enemy to crush the Ummah. Today, unfortunately, instead of learning the positive lesson of al-Ifk, Muslims are exploiting such perverse strategy when fighting among themselves and to bring down the Ummah.
